Q: How do I become a new Gulf Coast Symphony season subscriber?

Q: When will be season tickets be available?

A: We anticipate tickets to be mailed or available for pickup in early October.


Q: How do I let you know whether to mail my tickets or hold them for pickup?

A: Simply indicate your preference on your Order Form or let us know by calling (239) 277-1700.


Q: How can I keep my current seat selection(s)?

A: Current subscribers are guaranteed to keep their current seats as long as they renew by May 1. After May 1, seats are assigned on a first-come, as available basis.


Q: How can I change my seats?

A: Current subscribers may request new seats in the Seat Request area of the Order Form. Change requests are processed after May 1 in the order in which they are received. Note: We will not release your current seats until we meet your request or confirm an alternative seat selection with you. We do our very best to accommodate all seat change requests, but due to popularity, we cannot guarantee a reassignment.


Q: I’m a new subscriber, how do I request specific seats?

A: Please use the Seat Request area of the Order Form. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee your selection will be available. We will contact you to either confirm your seat request or offer an alternative.
