Adriana Mcdonald

Adriana McDonald is an 18 year old singer/songwriter from Northeast Ohio, who currently resides in Punta Gorda. Adriana started learning the guitar 4 years ago, during Covid. Music wasn’t new to her though. She grew up in a music oriented family. Her mother, Angela, coowned a small music venue in Ohio and her father, Sean, played in numerous bands as a guitarist/vocalist. She has always sang, and wrote lyrics at a very young age. Adriana has written over 30 original songs to date, has released a debut album on Feb 20th, 2024 with her band, shy blossom, and is currently working on a 4 song EP and a 2nd album at Farmadelica Studio in Bokeelia with producer Howard Merlin. She is heavily influenced by Radiohead, PJ Harvey, Mitzki, The Backseat Lovers, Hozier, as well as many many more. She has appeared on ABC7, won Rock the Stage 2022 in North Ft. Myers under 18 category, and David Abbruzzese, formerly of Pearl Jam 91′ to 94′ played drums on 5 tracks on her debut album. You can find Adriana playing solo from St. Petersburg to Marco, and also catch her band, shy blossom, playing venues throughout Florida.
