If you are unable to attend a performance for any other reason and are unable to exchange for another performance, tickets may be donated back to the Gulf Coast Symphony up to two hours prior to the performance. We will issue you a donation receipt for the value of the tickets. Or, feel free to gift your tickets to a friend!
Artists and programs are subject to change without prior notice. Inclement weather is not a cause for a refund unless the performance is canceled. In the event of severe storms, weather updates and performance status are noted on the homepage (gulfcoastsymphony.org).
Exchanges will be accommodated up to 48 hours in advance of a performance. If an exchange is for a higher-priced ticket, you are responsible for the additional cost. If an exchange is for a lower-priced ticket, any remaining funds must be used at the time of the exchange or the balance will be donated to the Symphony.
On-account monies from previous seasons may be left on-account as a credit until June 15, 2023. If you are unable to use your balance towards tickets for the 2022-23 season, you may donate it to the Symphony.
