Delaney Benson

Delaney Benson is honored to make her cabaret debut at the MACC and share the stage once again with her Mom, Jodi Benson after recently making her symphonic debut with the brilliant Utah Symphony.

Delaney is a Junior at the nationally acclaimed University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM) pursuing a BFA in Musical Theatre. Ms. Benson’s current CCM credits include: “Once”, Scarlett in “Girls Like That” and the swing performer covering 14 different roles in “42nd Street”.

Delaney recently starred as Lucy Van Pelt in “You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown” and Phoebe D’Ysquith in “Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder” at The Starlight Theatre.
Some of her favorite roles include starring as Elsa in “Frozen” (Red Phoenix Theatre Co.), Amneris in “Aida” (GHS), Donna Sheridan in “Mamma Mia!” (GHS), Morticia in “The Addams Family (GHS), Mrs. Baker in “Butterflies Are Free” (Georgia State Best Actress Award) as well as several other productions.

Ms. Benson’s current productions include: Director/ Choreographer of “The Wolves” (Mosaic Theatre Ensemble), Celeste #1 in “Sunday In The Park With George” (CCM) and costarring as Gabrielle in “Cinderella” this upcoming summer at the Red Mountain Theatre Company.

Delaney would like to give thanks and praise to God, her Mom, Dad, McKinley & Mackenzie, and Hayes for their unending love.
