Jodie is thrilled to make her Gulf Coast debut! Jodie is a Broadway Actress, Author, Renowned Teacher and Coach. Her Broadway/Broadway National Tour Credits include “Les Miserables” (Cosette), “Joseph…Dreamcoat” (Narrator), “CATS” (Grizabella), for which she has the distinction of being the youngest actor to portray the role, and the Pre-Broadway show “Martin Guerre” (lead character Bertrande). Most Recently, Jodie starred in “Mamma Mia!” as Donna at the Wick Theatre and Actors Playhouse. She also played the role at the Ogunquit Playhouse. Florida audiences may have seen Jodie Diana in the critically acclaimed production of “Next to Normal” at Actors Playhouse in Miami, for which she received the prestigious Silver Palm and Broadway World Awards, as well as a Carbonell Award nomination. She also starred in the highly acclaimed production “Joseph…Dreamcoat”, at the Maltz Jupiter Theater. Other New York and Regional credits: “Evita” (Eva Peron) at the Maltz Jupiter Theater (Carbonell Nomination), “Bernstein’s Mass” at Carnegie Hall/Kennedy Center), “I Love You, You’re Perfect”, at the Westside Theater in NYC, “Funny Girl”(Fanny Brice); “Chess” at Paper Mill Playhouse, directed by Rob Marshall, shows the Tony Award-Winning Eugene O Neill Theater Conference, and “Thing About Men” (LA Premiere) and the world premiere of “Atlantis” at Virginia Repertory Theater.
NY Workshops include: “The First Wives Club ” (understudy to Ana Gastayer). She also starred in “Bare” at the Broward Center in Ft. Lauderdale and played Mrs. Walker in “Tommy” with Tony winner Adrienne Warren. Jodie has performed as a lead soloist for President Clinton, with the Colorado Springs Symphony Orchestra, and the Mets/Yankees Subway Series. TV “Rescue Me.
