Michael Wilson

Guitarist

Michael Wilson is an accomplished stage and studio musician. He has worked closely with the Trans-Siberian Orchestra (for which he was awarded a gold and platinum record), as well as veteran producers Jack Douglas (Aerosmith, John Lennon) and Paul O’Neill (Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Aerosmith, Badlands). Michael has toured across the hemisphere as guitarist/musical director/vocalist of “50 Years of Rock & Roll”, and has backed Broadway stars such as six-time Tony Award winner Audra McDonald, Stephanie Block (Cher, The Mystery of Edwin Drood), Rob Evan (Jekyll & Hyde, Les Miserables, Trans-Siberian Orchestra), and Tony Vincent (American Idiot, NBC TV’s The Voice), among many others. He’s made his mark on Broadway in Smokey Joe’s Café , Tina – The Tina Turner Musical, Almost Famous, and Back To The Future, and is now touring everywhere with the all-star 90’s tribute RE-GENERATION X.
