Stamps Strings Quartet
The Stamps String Quartet consists of four undergraduate musicians from around the country studying Instrumental Performance at the Frost School of Music as part of the prestigious Stamps Scholars program. Founded by Roe Stamps and the late Penny Stamps, the Stamps Scholars Program is a national undergraduate merit scholarship. Since the Stamps String Quartet was launched in 2018, they have given numerous performances, attending the Castleman Quartet Program, Fredonia, NY, as a pre-formed group, and touring the southeast under the auspices of Young Artist Performances. Currently, the quartet is overseen by Artistic Coordinator Jodi Levitz, and coaches Bettina Mussumeli, Ross Harbaugh and Charles Castleman.
The Stamps Quartet is joined by pianist Piotr Kozlowski for a program of famous piano quintets.

Dmitri Shostakovich
Dmitri Shostakovich (25 September 1906 – 9 August 1975) was a Soviet composer and pianist, and a prominent figure of 20th-century music. Shostakovich achieved fame in the Soviet Union under the patronage of Soviet chief of staff Mikhail Tukhachevsky, but later had a complex and difficult relationship with the government. Nevertheless, he received accolades and state awards and served in the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR (1947–1962) and the Supreme Soviet of the Soviet Union (from 1962 until his death).
