Kathy Goeschel, Ph.D.

Dr. Goeschel is originally from Miami, Florida. Music was an integral part of her life from an early age. Since elementary she attended magnet arts schools and ultimately attended New World School of the Arts. She mainly focused on the flute and enjoyed participating in local, regional, and state competitions and bands.

Dr. Goeschel earned a Bachelors of Science in Information Technology from Barry University; a Masters of Science in Information Security and a Doctorate in Information Assurance from Nova Southeastern University. She has worked in technology for over 20 years and has amassed experience ranging from telecommunications, networking, software development, and application security with exposure to several industries including the financial services, health records, telecommunications, retail, and payroll systems.

Currently, she lives in the Fort Myers area with her husband.
