Stefan Dunkelgrun

Treasurer

Stefan grew up in The Netherlands, frequently attending concerts as frequently as he could afford from the age of 12 onward.  He worked his way through college in music venues, in any and every capacity, from coat-check, to promotions, and even performing as a DJ.  Stefan has always had eclectic musical tastes, ranging from Classical, Folk, and Blues to Electronic, Metal and Rap.  No matter what the activity, as long as music is around, he’s happy to be a part of it.  Stefan is now looking forward to helping support the Gulf Coast Symphony, having joined the Board of Directors in 2021.
Stefan is an Estate Planning Attorney, with in-depth knowledge of charitable gifting strategies.  He’s currently a Senior Associate at the downtown firm of Aloia, Roland, Lubell & Morgan, PLLC.  Stefan’s previous experience includes finance and management roles for the Ibex Group, a New Jersey holding company specializing in innovative and sophisticated tax, insurance, and estate planning solutions.  Stefan has also advised businesses as a consultant and briefly ran a financial technology company.  Stefan has been involved in numerous startups, ventures, and/or new product lines, particularly in developing efficient processes and strategic planning.
Stefan holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University in New York, a Master of Business Administration from Fordham University in New York, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University at Bolton, in England.  Stefan likes to spend time with his wife Wynter, their two children, and his dog.
