Gulf Coast Symphony presents Echoes of the Danube – a musical voyage along Europe’s storied Danube River – on Saturday, March 14, at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., at the Music & Arts Community Center.
Join the Symphony for a delightful evening of works by Johann Strauss II, Johannes Brahms, George Enescu, Franz Liszt and more, including beloved waltzes and dazzling rhapsodies. From the glittering ballrooms of Vienna to the fiery dances of Hungary and the spirited rhythms of the Balkans, this classical concert brings the musical history and culture of the Danube to life.
