October 27, 2026

Benise, the Emmy Award-winning “Prince of Spanish Guitar,” presents Spanish Nights by Candlelight on Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2027, at 7 p.m., at the Music & Arts Community Center (MACC) in Fort Myers.

In this special unplugged performance, Benise strips away the scale of his larger productions to bring audiences closer to the music and the artist. Joined onstage by an exquisite Flamenco dancer, he creates an evocative evening that blends the passion and rhythmic intensity of traditional Flamenco with classical elegance and contemporary rock influences, all under the warm glow of candlelight.

This romantic concert experience features breathtaking guitar arrangements showcasing Benise’s extraordinary guitar technique and his ability to masterfully blend musical traditions from around the world, taking the audience on a musical journey across genres and generations, with distinctive interpretations of familiar favorites including “Moonlight Sonata,” “Aranjuez,” “Thunderstruck,” “Malagueña,” “Hotel California” and “Kashmir.”

Benise’s journey to international acclaim began as a street performer and led to appearances on some of the country’s most-watched television programs, including Dancing with the Stars. His signature blend of Spanish guitar, dance and global musical influences has earned him a devoted following and a reputation for creating visually and musically captivating performances.
