Presented by the Southwest Florida Theatre Company, this lighthearted jukebox musical follows a trio of aspiring doo-wop singers as they prepare for a radio talent contest – with hopes that winning will launch their musical careers.
April 9 | MACC Presents: Mark Sanders: The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber

1776 is a spirited musical retelling of the events leading up to the signing of the Declaration of Independence. With wit, drama, and memorable songs, the musical follows John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, and Thomas Jefferson as they battle political opposition, personal doubts, and deep divisions to forge a new nation. A fully staged musical with the Gulf Coast Symphony.

Gulf Coast Symphony is joined by teen pianist William Wu, presenting Sergei Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 2 in C minor, Op. 18, and Pyotr Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 4 in F minor, Op. 36.
