This May, the Music & Arts Community Center (MACC) presents Shades of Bublé (May 2) and Pianomania! Rockin’ the 1950s (May 30), and the first in Gulf Coast Jazz Collective’s Summer Jazz series, Saxophone Colossus: The Music of Sonny Rollins (May 21).

Shades of Bublé is a three-singer celebration of Canadian crooner Michael Bublé featuring only music recorded, written, or performed live by this multiple Grammy Award-winning artist – with the added bonus of three-part harmony!

THIS CONCERT IS FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Join us at the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 7 p.m., for our annual Gulf Coast Symphony Spring Youth Concert, featuring performances by the Gulf Coast Youth Orchestra and the high school Gulf Coast Youth Jazz Ensemble.

May 21 | Gulf Coast Jazz Collective Saxophone Colossus: The Music of Sonny Rollins
7 pm at the Music & Arts Community Center

The Gulf Coast Jazz Collective, joined by a featured guest tenor saxophonist, honors Sonny Rollins, the “Saxophone Colossus,” with a concert as bold and swinging as the man himself. 


May 30 | MACC Presents: Pianomania! Rockin’ the 1950s with Jared Freiburg
6 pm & 8:30 pm at the Music & Arts Community Center

Take a Rock ‘n’ Roll rollercoaster ride through one of the most explosive and influential musical styles of the 20th Century in PIANOMANIA! – Jared Freiburg’s high-energy celebration of the 1950s and beyond. In addition to being a lifelong performer and acclaimed pianist, Jared has portrayed Jerry Lee Lewis in numerous productions of Million Dollar Quartet.
