Kristen Sheola

Kristen Sheola (Tessie Tura) is thrilled to be a part of this incredible production! She was last seen regionally onstage at the Maltz Jupiter Theatre playing Lorraine in Jersey Boys, directed by Marcia Milgrom Dodge. Other favorite credits include Lippa’s Wild Party (Queenie), Hairspray (Amber VonTussle), Legally Blonde (Elle Woods), If/Then (Anne) and Hattie in the developmental workshop of Whisper Darkly, written/directed/choreographed by our very own DJ Salisbury! Kristen has performed at Walt Disney World for over 15 years in many shows and special events (even one as Barbie!) including Beauty and the Beast (Belle u/s, Silly Girl/Ensemble swing), Guardians of the Galaxy-Awesome Mix Live (female vocalist swing), A Totally Tomorrowland Christmas (Haley Comet), Disney Channel Rocks, The Incredibles Super Shindig, and The Hoop Dee Doo Revue as Claire DeLune, where she can still be found today! She has also worked at Universal Orlando for over ten years in various shows including Celestina Warbeck and the Banshees, which she also serves as a dance captain and a swing (original direction and choreography by Josh Rhodes). Kristen has recorded vocals for several Disney projects and is the voice over artist for Hong Kong Disneyland’s new firework spectacular, Momentous. She serves as Assistant Director for Encore Performing Arts (Head Over Heels at Orlando Shakes, Sordid Lives, Encore 20 Concert and a soon-to-be announced musical at the Dr. Phillips Center of the Performing Arts). Kristen would like to thank DJ for this amazing opportunity, as well as her incredibly supportive friends back in Orlando!
