MusicWorks! Session I | GRADES 2-8

MusicWorks! is an El-Sistema based program whose primary goal is to empower children to achieve their full potential through the study and performance of music. Students (grades 2-8) will learn an instrument from the string family (violin, viola, cello, bass), and perform as a string orchestra, and in smaller string ensembles. Classes include individual and group string instruction, chorus, music theory, and music history.

Instruments are provided for campers.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

The camp provides high quality positive experiences for students who are interested in learning string instruments. It gives students of all levels a chance to grow artistically, explore new ideas, and to share in fun activities with others. Students will learn in a safe environment and be taught by experienced professionals and educators. We create a community of positivity and respect.
