Health & Safety
We have taken significant measures to ensure the health and safety of all patrons, staff, and performers.
All GCS staff, performers and guest artists are fully vaccinated.
The Gulf Coast Symphony performance spaces are all equipped with advanced HVAC and filtration systems that meets CDC requirements for filtration of Covid-19, have implemented rigorous health and safety procedures and intensive cleaning protocols throughout our buildings, and we encourage the use of contactless methods of ticket delivery and purchases. In addition to our already stringent schedule of cleaning and disinfecting the entire facility before, during, and after each performance, we are paying particular attention to all common area surfaces in the theater, such as: counters, railings, door handles, and seats. Additionally, wall-mounted hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the building.
Effective March 13, 2022 the following policies will be in place for all Gulf Coast Symphony performances at both the Music & Arts Community Center (MACC) and the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall:
Masks are optional, but encouraged for all performances.
All seats will be reserved for performances. You must use your reserved seat and may not switch seats without the assistance of the house manager.
Flexible Ticketing: If you feel unwell, have symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone who has COVID-19 please stay home. Give our box office a call at (239) 277-1700 to exchange or refund your tickets.
We continue to monitor industry best practices and guidance from medical professionals, the CDC and other government agencies. Complete and up to date policies can be found on this page.
We value the health and safety of all patrons, artists, and staff, and we will continue to strive to deliver high-quality performances in a safe manner. We look forward to welcoming you safely to the Barbara B Mann Performing Arts Hall at FSW and at the Music and Arts Community Center!
