Emily Gros Naccarato

Emily is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience building, managing, and innovating in the operations domain. She has spent many years leading and partnering to develop organizations, designing, and implementing a complementary R&D-wide resource, capacity and portfolio management capability and clinical data environments including governance, business process and decision-support framework.
Currently Emily is the Founding Partner of LDGroup. She focuses on commercial real estate opportunities through the lifecycle of pipeline development, project evaluation, fundraising to funding and project management to execution. Before opening her own firm, Emily spent 18 years at Bristol Myers Squibb and 6 years at Astellas Global Pharmaceuticals driving digital and data transformation. Prior to joining the pharmaceutical industry, Emily worked in reporting, finance and fundraising for Yale University and several Connecticut-based nonprofit organizations.
Emily’s main passion is driving transformational opportunities and growing them at scale. She focuses on how to inspire stakeholders to leverage assets differently and to drive the landscape in a way that enables optimal utilization and return.
Emily holds an MBA in Finance from the University of New Hampshire and a B.S. from Syracuse University with a dual concentration in Industrial Engineering and Marketing. She has completed supplemental master certification in executive leadership at Northwestern University, Kellogg and organizational design and change management programs at University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School.
Emily recently moved to Cape Coral and lives with her husband David and twin sons, Nathaniel and Benjamin and their rescued greyhound Winston.
