Neal Frank

Gift Planning Manager & Development Associate

Neal Frank has close to 40 years of experience in institutional advancement to his role as the Gulf Coast Symphony’s volunteer Gift Planning Manager and Development Associate. His career includes serving as Endowment Director for the Minneapolis Jewish Federation—then the largest per capita Federation annual campaign in the country—for a decade. He also spent ten years with Temple Israel of Minneapolis, first as Development Director and later as Executive Director, helping lead one of the largest Reform congregations in North America, with over 2,000 member households.

Most recently, Neal concluded a 15-year tenure as the part-time, seasonal Planned Gifts Director at Jewish Family and Children’s Service of Minneapolis. In addition to his professional roles, he has served locally as a consultant to the founders of Shalom Life Center, assisting with administrative responsibilities during the organization’s early years and beyond.

“Volunteering with the Gulf Coast Symphony is an opportunity for me to share my time, talents, and treasures with an extraordinary organization—and to give back to our community,” Neal shares.

Though he works remotely with the Symphony year-round, Neal resides in Estero for seven months each year.
