Ticket Policies
Contact the Gulf Coast Symphony Box Office at (239) 277-1700 or by email at boxoffice@gulfcoastsymphony.org. Current office hours are Monday through Friday, 11 AM to 4 PM. The Box Office is open one hour prior to performances at the Music & Arts Community Center.
Series prices and individual ticket prices are subject to change without notice.
Tickets for performances held at The Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall can be purchased individually at the Hall’s website, or in a Season Subscription Package through the Gulf Coast Symphony.
Tickets for performances held at the The Music & Arts Community Center can be purchased through the Gulf Coast Symphony website. We are unable to guarantee the validity of tickets purchased through any other sources.
Barbara B. Mann Season Pops Subscribers are eligible to purchase add-on Barbara B. Mann performances at a subscriber discount. Please contact our Patron Services team for assistance.
Barbara B. Mann PAH tickets are distributed by the Barbara B. Mann box office. Season Subscription tickets will be available by mid-October.
Tickets to MACC performances can be held at the MACC Box Office or printed at home, or received as an electronic ticket, according to your preference. For will call tickets, please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to performance start time to pick up. The Box Office is open one hour prior to performances at the Music & Arts Community Center.
Only the account holder may pick up or make changes to Gulf Coast Symphony tickets. If you would like a third party to have access to your tickets and/or account, please call or email the Box Office with at least 48 hours notice.
All sales are final.
Seating
All seats will be reserved for performances. You must use your reserved seat and may not switch seats without the assistance of the House Manager. Late arrivals and those who exit during the performance will be seated at discretion of the House Manager. Copying any performance by camera, audio, or video recording equipment is prohibited.
Ticket Fees
Barbara B. Mann season subscriptions and MACC Series packages carry a $10 per seat subscription fee.
Single tickets sold through the Gulf Coast Symphony carry a $5 per ticket fee. Ticket fees apply to all ticket orders, including online sales, phone sales, and box office sales.
Returns and Exchanges
Exchanges will be accommodated up to 48 hours in advance of a performance. If an exchange is for a higher-priced ticket, you are responsible for the additional cost. If an exchange is for a lower-priced ticket, any remaining funds must be used at the time of the exchange, or the balance will be donated to the Symphony
Or, the value that you paid for your tickets tickets may be donated back to the Gulf Coast Symphony up to two hours prior to the performance. We will issue you a donation receipt for the value of the tickets. Or, feel free to gift your tickets to a friend!
Artists and programs are subject to change without prior notice. Inclement weather is not a cause for a refund unless the performance is canceled. In the event of severe storms, weather updates and performance status are noted on the homepage (gulfcoastsymphony.org).
On-Account Balances
On-account monies from previous seasons may be left on-account as a credit until June 30 of the same year. As of October 2023, if you are unable to use your balance towards tickets for the 2023-24 season, you may donate the balance it to the Symphony. All unused on-account balances after June 30, 2024 will be automatically converted to donations.
Parking & Arrival
Free parking is available on-site at the Music & Arts Community Center. To enter the hall, follow the signs to the Sanctuary Building on the campus of the Unitarian Universalist Church.

The Music & Arts Community Center is a creative hub where people of all ages and abilities can share music and arts as common ground, and where diversity, expression and self-transformation is the very air we breathe. Located on the campus of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Fort Myers, the theater has been re-imagined to facilitate exceptional productions across multiple genres.
The Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall is the largest and finest performance hall in the Fort Myers area. Set on the campus of Florida SouthWestern State College, this proscenium theater seats more than 1,800.
